Dr. Li obtained his Ph.D. degree from NTU, Singapore in 2013 under the supervision of Prof. Sum Tze Chien. He joined the Department of Applied Physics at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University as an Assistant Professor in September 2019. Prior to PolyU, he worked at KLA tencor, NTU and NUS as a Research Scientist and Research Fellow, respectively.
